PREMIUM PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

I currently work on the Premium Product Experience (PPX) team at Capital One, supporting the Venture X, Ultra Premium, and Dining & Entertainment lines of business. Our goal is to position Capital One as a premium brand within the credit card space. Below is a sampling of work done as part of this team.

The below creative was part of a national campaign designed to highlight the benefits of the Venture X card—like easy-to-use card benefits, an affordable annual fee, and 2X miles on every purchase. I was the lead copywriter on this campaign, writing a majority of the in-market headlines and body copy. Click to expand.

Naming & Branding

I led and worked alongside a team of writers to name a new Capital One Dining event series (Dinner Party), as well as provide copy for the series launch across social. Click to expand.

CUSTOMER RESILIENCY

I worked on the Customer Resiliency team at Capital One from 2022-2025, supporting the Collections and Recoveries lines of business. Our goal was to support customers struggling with payments and empower them to find solutions to help them get back on track. Below is a sampling of work done across email and web as part of this team.

This is an educational video created to help bridge a gap in customer understanding around what happens when you miss a payment, and what happens when you enter “Collections.” I was the lead copywriter on this project, managing the project from storyboarding to scripting and final video development.
